前首相敦马哈迪质问，联邦宪法是否赋予首相拿督斯里安华指定法律的权力。
首相署法律及体制改革部长拿督斯里阿莎丽娜昨天透露，内阁原则上同意检讨煽动法令，对付挑起种族、宗教及王室(3R) 敏感课题者，敦马今天早上便在推特发文，质问安华可否有权这么做。
“首相有权指定自己的法律吗？宪法哪一项条款赋予首相这项权力？”
敦马也表示，在此之前，政府已经采取行动对付发表3R课题者。
